1. Agreement & Service Scope
These terms govern your use of YupCaren auto service. By requesting or receiving service, you agree to these terms. YupCaren provides professional automotive maintenance and repair services at our workshop in Germany.
2. Service Conditions
- All work is performed by qualified technicians
- Services include oil changes, brake inspections, tire service, and general maintenance
- Work quality is guaranteed for 12 months from service completion
- Customers are responsible for vehicle registration and valid insurance
3. Payment & Pricing
Prices are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Invoices are provided for all services.
4. Liability & Warranty
YupCaren is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions not identified before service. Our warranty covers workmanship only, not parts degradation or wear. For warranty claims, contact us within 30 days of service completion.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
We collect name, contact information, and vehicle details solely for service delivery and compliance. Data is processed under GDPR guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Services can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Cancellations after work starts incur labor costs. No refunds are issued for completed services.
7. Limitation of Liability
YupCaren's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued service use implies acceptance.
